VC81 Forms are required for telecommunications compliance when subdividing land in Victoria. VC81 Forms 1 & 2 confirm that telecommunications infrastructure is available to each lot in a subdivision.
When land is subdivided in Victoria, councils require confirmation that telecommunications infrastructure has been provided to each lot.
This requirement was introduced under Planning Scheme Amendment VC81. Before a Statement of Compliance can be issued, developers must provide:

Confirms telecommunications infrastructure has been installed.
Form 2
Confirms the infrastructure meets telecommunications network standards.These forms confirm that each new lot can connect to the telecommunications network, typically the NBN network.
